1. Choose Your Doll & Customize Details

Browse our ready-to-ship anime dolls or create a personalized companion doll with custom options.

For customized orders, you can select details such as eye color, body type, hairstyle, and other features to create a unique doll designed for you.

Please note:
Product images are taken under professional studio lighting. Due to different lighting environments and display settings, the actual skin tone may have slight variations, which is normal.

2. Secure Checkout & Order Placement

Before placing your order, please carefully check the product model, size, and customization options in your cart.

Enter your complete shipping address and a valid phone number for delivery notifications.

We use secure encrypted payment systems and support major credit cards and debit cards to protect your payment information and privacy.

3. Order Confirmation & Modification Period

After completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email.

If you need to change your customization details, shipping address, or other order information, please contact our customer service within 24 hours.

After this period, your order may enter production or preparation, and changes may no longer be possible.

4. Production & Preparation Time

Processing time depends on the type of doll you choose:

Ready-to-Ship Dolls

Already completed and stored in our warehouse. Orders are usually packed and shipped within 2–5 business days.

Custom Dolls

Made according to your selected specifications, usually requiring 3–5 weeks for production.

Complex customization options, such as implanted hair or special craftsmanship, may require additional production time.

5. Quality Inspection & Final Confirmation

Every doll goes through a strict quality inspection before shipment to ensure appearance, structure, and accessories meet our standards.

Custom Orders:
We will provide real product photos for your confirmation before shipping. Your approval is required before the doll is dispatched.

Ready-to-Ship Orders:
To keep the original packaging intact, products are normally not opened for photos. If you need actual photos before shipping, please contact us in advance.

6. Shipping & Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number.

Packages are usually delivered through reliable international carriers such as UPS and FedEx.

International Shipping Notice:
During air transportation, tracking updates may be temporarily delayed. A period of 10–15 days without tracking updates can occur during international transit. Tracking information will resume after customs clearance and arrival in the destination country.

7. Package Delivery & Unboxing Inspection

Please check the package condition immediately after delivery.

We strongly recommend recording a complete unboxing video when opening your package.

In case of shipping damage, missing accessories, or incorrect items, the unboxing video will help us quickly verify the issue and provide the appropriate after-sales solution.
